Some adjusters are bad at their jobs. Some adjusters are good at their jobs but get overwhelmed with work because the insurance company spends as little money as possible on their claims operations which means they hire as few adjusters as possible.

Furthermore, if you read your policy (nobody does) it states that if you elect to use your collision coverage you agree to pay the first $1,000.00 of the repair cost. That's your deductible. Waiving the deductible is a courtesy in most states. In most states you're not entitled to have your deductible waived, so count youself lucky that they even did it for you.

Anyway, I find your attitude contemptible. Don't judge a man until you sit in his cubicle for a day. This is a hard job and I'd bet money you couldn't handle it. Just be glad you didn't get me on the phone. I'm a veteran at this job and I eat ignorant hot heads like you for breakfast. We're not punching bags or whipping boys and we don't have to take crap from people that are rude to us.

Have a great day.

What happened to Casey helping you out? But don't call him today - I think he might f-up on the paperwork. Seeing how you guys felt the need to be obliterated. Did he hit on any 15 year old emos??
